Damn it's cold here. I wish it wasn't winter. Summer was nice, and a lot warmer this year. But, this winter was, by far, the coldest winter in a long time. I staggered up the steps of Dragonsreach and into the large abode. Balgruuf sat at his throne, impatient. "Where have you been, Dragonborn?" he huffed. "Sorry, I was a bit fetched up in fighting draugr." I mummbled. "No matter, hand me the dragonstone." his voice was ragged and fiesty. I pulled the heavy rock from my satchel and handed it to him. His elder hands snatched it from me, and he stood up. Walking away, I watched him wander to Farengar. I didn't really care, yet I was no renegade. I was a soldier. A stormcloak soldier.
